Counselling
I offer 1:1 career counselling and tools for adults who have or want to have a non-linear career. This is still a new concept for a lot of folks, who recognize it might be for them but aren't sure how to make it work. My clients span roles, industries, and life experiences, and I help them navigate the next stage(s) of their career development.
Workshops
My workshops focus on educating diverse groups including students, teachers, and community members.
I introduce participants to the power and possibility of non-linear careers, build educators' capacity to effectively support their students' career development, and engage communities in thinking about and preparing for contemporary careers.
Consulting
I partner with schools and organizations to help them analyze their current approaches to career development and develop contemporary, evidence-based solutions to meet their unique needs. Every school and organization is different, and it’s imperative to properly support students and communities by solving the problems that matter to them.
