I offer 1:1 career counselling for adults who have or want to have a non-linear career path. This is still a new concept for a lot of folks, who recognize that it might be for them but aren't sure how. My clients span roles, industries, and life experiences, and I help them navigate the next stage(s) of their career development.
My workshops focus on educating diverse groups including students, teachers, and community members.I introduce participants to the power and possibility of non-linear careers, build educators' capacity to effectively support their students' career development, and engage communities in thinking about and preparing for contemporary careers.
I partner with schools and organizations to help them analyze their current approaches to career development and develop contemporary, evidence-based solutions to meet their unique needs. Every school and organization is different, and it’s imperative to properly support students and communities by solving the problems that matter to them.
