Most career advice is built on the assumption that you're moving in a straight line: following a plan, climbing a ladder, and building towards a clear destination. But for a lot of people, that's not how it goes. That's not a problem -- that's how careers actually work.

If your path is squiggly -- or if you're standing at a crossroads and feel like conventional advice doesn't quite fit -- you're in the right place. My approach to career counselling is grounded in the reality of non-linear career development. That means we start with where you actually are, not where someone else says you're "supposed" to be. I listen, ask the right questions, and help you think broadly and creatively about what's possible for you and how to make it happen.
We can work together on anything from untangling what you actually want, to navigating a career change, to the practical work of resumes, cover letters, and job search strategy. There's no single path through this -- which is kind of the point.
